High product purity

The limit device ensures that the grinding disc and the grinding roller do not come into direct contact during operation, resulting in very low iron content in the product. The wear rate per unit product is generally no higher than 10g/t, and the mechanically worn iron is easy to remove, effectively ensuring the whiteness and purity of the material.

Simple operation and maintenance

The hydraulic maintenance device allows the grinding roller to be easily turned out of the machine, making the replacement of the grinding roller sleeve and the maintenance of the grinding roller convenient and quick.

Wide range of humidity of grindable materials

The vertical mill grinding system does not require an additional dryer, as hot air can be directly introduced. The hot air repeatedly contacts and dries the powdery material inside the mill. By adjusting the hot air temperature, it can meet the drying requirements for materials with varying moisture levels, accommodating moisture content as high as 15%.

High efficiency and energy saving

The grinding rollers and grinding plates are made from special materials, with roller sleeves that can be flipped for extended use, ensuring a long service life. Drawing on years of production experience, we continuously optimize the roller path structure, enhancing output and production efficiency. Equipped with a hydraulic loading system, the grinding pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to changes in grindability, making it highly efficient and energy-saving.

Clean and environmental protection

It features low vibration and low noise, with noise levels not exceeding 80 dB. The system operates under complete negative pressure, preventing dust leakage and ensuring reliable sealing. Depending on the material, a dedicated pulse dust collector is used, achieving a dust removal efficiency of up to 99.9%, which surpasses the latest national environmental standards.
