Fine Sand Recycling Machine

The fine sand recovery machine uses a slurry pump to inject slurry with a concentration of ≤40% into a hydrocyclone for separation. The separated coarse particles enter the dewatering screen for dewatering and recovery. It maximizes the recovery of materials larger than 0.075mm and removes sludge and clay smaller than 0.075mm. This machine can be used in conjunction with the existing sand washer on the production line or independently, enhancing resource utilization and maximizing profits.
