Modular Design

Modular and universal design allows devices with the same processing capability to achieve maximum versatility. The main unit can be switched to adjust different materials and realize quick production.

Humanized Maintenance Platform

The maintenance platform features a front-to-back connected design, inclined staircases and widened steps for increased safety and convenience. Some models are added a small rear ladder to facilitate easier inspection and maintenance.

Vehicle-mounted Belt Conveyor

Every machine the mobile production line is equipped with vehicle-mount belt conveyor, eliminating the need for disassembly during transport. Upon arrival at the site, we can organize our work quickly, neatly and orderly.

Eliminating Basic Installation

Each piece of equipment provides a support plate device, reducing the need for foundational investment. This design can be retracted during transportation and relocation, and quickly deployed upon arrival at the site.

Vehicle-mount Electronic Control System

Equipped with an independent electric control system for easy operation, all equipment cables already have been connected before leaving the factory. It is no need for disassembly during transport and allows for rapid on-site commissioning upon arrival.

Large Capacity Silo Design

The large-capacity silo allows for easy loading and can store a certain amount of material, ensuring uniform and stable feeding.
